Our Starmark composite window delivers U-ratings as low as .15, which is 45% more efficient than industry averages.   Depending on the glass options you choose, you can dial-in your energy savings.  Even our most affordable vinyl windows delivers a U-factor (.28) far lower than government guidelines.

• Certified Master Installers

All of our installers are factory-certified and you can be sure that they produce results second to none.  Field and classroom instruction is supplemented with periodic testing and evaluation as part of the Wheaton Master Certified Installation Program.

• High Condensation Resistance

Because of their energy efficiency, some replacement windows are prone to moisture condensation, particularly when humidity levels in the home are high and there is a large discrepancy between inside and outside temperatures.  Wheaton windows have condensation resistance ratings of 62 to 75.  (The higher the number, the less condensation).  Typical replacement windows are rated at 55 or lower.

Trying to match an exterior color for your new windows?  No problem.  Wheaton windows can be customized in ANY color.  Just give us the color chip and we will match it perfectly.  Plus, optional interior laminates can be painted or stained to complement any decor.  Also choose from upgraded hardware in popular brushed-nickel finishes.

Do I have to replace all the windows in my home at the same time?        

At Wheaton, we do full houses of windows, but we also can replace windows in phases to meet your needs and your budget.  We’ll replace a single window or fifty.  You’ll get the same great service and the same warranty regardless.

How much energy will I save?

Experts indicate that inefficient windows are one of the single biggest contributors to energy loss in your home.  Many of our customers report energy savings of anywhere from 15% to 30%.  However, your results may vary depending on any number of factors, including the insulation in your walls and attics, the orientation of your home (Northern exposure, Southern exposure, etc.,) and average outside temperatures year to year.  No reputable company can accurately “guarantee” particular energy savings because there are so many variables to consider and you should be wary of companies that guarantee savings.  Read the fine print and you’ll see that what they promise is generally far less than meets the eye!

What about government tax incentives?

New government tax credits allow up to $200 in energy tax credits for windows that meet Federal guidelines.  All Wheaton windows meet or exceed these standards.  Consult your accountant for specific tax advice.
